All projects must present sound, solid business plans as judged by the experience of our team.
The leadership of each project must demonstrate a strong capacity for management and oversight.
Projects must demonstrate the ability to repay investors by their capacity to generate revenues and profitability quickly.
Projects are selected in a diverse cross-section of industries designed to diversify GiANT Capital’s investment portfolio and mitigate risk for investors. These industries include but are not limited to tourism, manufacturing, energy, education, infrastructure, and service.
