Full-Arch Restoration (All-on-4® Treatment Concept)
Life-Changing Smile Restoration
If you are missing most or all of your teeth, you’re not alone. Many Americans suffer from multiple missing or failing teeth, affecting their ability to eat, speak, and smile. Thankfully, there are many options to restore your smile and oral health. The Regional Center for Dental Implants & Oral Surgery specializes in dental implant-based tooth restorations, including full-arch restoration.
Full-arch restoration restores an entire upper or lower arch of teeth at once. A custom-made, natural-looking prosthesis is placed on as few as four dental implant posts. With full-arch restoration, patients enjoy all the benefits of dental implants for their entire smile.
Dr. Sherban is a board-certified oral surgeon who specializes in dental implant-based treatments such as full-arch restoration. If you have multiple missing or failing teeth, please contact our office to schedule a consultation. Dr. Sherban will create a custom treatment plan that suits your needs.

Full-Arch Restoration Surgery
Your full-arch restoration journey will begin with a consultation appointment at our office. Dr. Sherban will review your medical history, perform an oral examination, take 3D scans, and discuss your oral health goals and options for treatment. Anesthesia options will also be discussed at this appointment.
Your second appointment with us will be your surgery date. We will make sure you are completely comfortable and at ease in one of our state-of-the-art surgical suites. Once you are comfortable and the anesthesia has taken effect, your surgeon will place the implant posts into the jaw bone. A full-arch restoration can be performed using as few as four dental implant posts, but you may require more depending on your treatment. Once the posts have been placed, a temporary arch of teeth will be placed. This temporary set of teeth will restore your smile immediately, and your custom-made final prosthesis will be placed later, once the surgical sites have healed.
Types of Anesthesia
Our practice offers several types of anesthesia and sedation to ensure your comfort.
