SUPPORTING THOSE WHO SERVE

We are honored to recognize Jeffery Weems, a U.S. Army veteran and longtime EMT from Johnson City, Tennessee, as a Smiles for Veterans program recipient. After a lifetime of dental challenges, Jeffery had all of his teeth extracted in August 2025 and was left without dentures due to limitations in VA coverage. With no teeth, he struggles to eat the foods he loves and has watched his quality of life significantly decline.

Jeffery is facing additional hardship after sustaining an on-the-job injury that has taken him out of work, affecting both his physical and mental well-being. Even while navigating these challenges, he remains committed to his family and motivated to rebuild his confidence and health.

Restoring his smile means restoring dignity, comfort, and the ability to enjoy everyday moments—like sharing a meal with loved ones. Jeffery hopes to feel good about himself again, regain confidence, and return to a life where he can fully participate without limitations.

Through a full-arch restoration, Jeffery will receive a permanent, natural-looking new smile supported by dental implants. This advanced treatment will help him eat comfortably, speak clearly, and reclaim the quality of life he deserves.
